Hi 🤍 if you’re new here, I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself.

I’m Amy. I’m a nurse and a Functional Health Consultant, and my path into this work started with my own health journey. I went through seasons of feeling off in my body and not having clear answers, including navigating infertility. That experience changed the way I look at health and the way I support women now.

I don’t believe your body is working against you. I believe it’s communicating.

Today, I work with women who are doing a lot right but still don’t feel like themselves. Low energy, brain fog, hormonal shifts, digestive issues. The kind of things that get brushed off as “normal” but don’t feel normal to live with.

What I focus on is helping you understand what your body actually needs so you can build steady energy, feel clear again, and support your health in a way that fits your life.

When you’re just starting out, you are the busin

When you’re just starting out, you are the business.
And that means your energy, your clarity, and your health are your biggest assets.

Skipping meals, sacrificing sleep, and pushing through exhaustion aren’t badges of honor… they’re the things that quietly hold you back.

Meditation. Movement. Hydration. Asking for help.
These are powerful starting points. They create momentum. They help you stay in the game.

But if you’ve been doing all the “right” things and still feel like something is off… or like you could be showing up at a higher level…

That’s usually a sign there’s more to uncover.
This is where looking at your body as a whole changes everything.

This is no different than understanding your systems within your business. Understanding how your (body)systems are working together and what they actually need to support you in this season.

I’m sitting in a room full of incredible women right now…
smart, driven, building big things.

And I keep thinking about this:

If no one is willing to take the first step for themselves…
how does anyone else in the room start to believe it’s possible?

We say we value our health.
We say we want more energy, more clarity, more capacity.

But when life gets full…
it’s the first thing we push aside.

And I get it.
You have clients.
A full calendar.
Commitments you care about keeping.

But at some point, we have to ask:

What are we saying is acceptable?
What are we modeling for the women around us?

Because if every woman in this room is running on empty…
then “running on empty” becomes the standard.

And it doesn’t have to be.

Your body is designed to support you through busy seasons.
To adapt. To carry you. To show up with you.

But only when it has what it needs.

This is where your role shifts.

You’re not just the CEO of your business.
You’re the CWO — Chief Wellness Officer of your life.

And the way you lead yourself…
is what makes everything else possible.

Not perfectly.
Not all at once.

But by choosing, even in the busiest seasons,
to not leave yourself behind.

There was a time when my skincare routine felt lik

There was a time when my skincare routine felt like just another thing to check off the list.
Now… it’s one of the few moments in my day that feels quiet, intentional, and grounding. 🤍
