I believe as women our bodies are resilient if we make them a priority. Life places many demands on us and, friend, no matter what season you find yourself in, l’m here to help you navigate your health so you can put yourself first, feel your best, and conquer each day.

Through our collaborative guide/client relationship, we will work together to uncover the underlying causes of the areas that you struggle with the most in your health.

Using comprehensive lab data paired with your unique health history, we will develop strategies to move you toward your health goals. As your consultant, I will provide resources to help educate and empower you to do the deep work and guide you step-by-step through your transformative health journey.

Amy is a functional health consultant who specializes in women’s hormone balance and supporting gut health. She has a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and over 10 years of experience as a nurse. She has completed her Applied Functional Medicine Certification with the School of Applied Functional Medicine.

Amy works with women to get to the root cause of their health struggles. She understands the complex interconnectedness of our bodies and considers the whole person while taking an individualized approach with each client. She combines science-based research, sustainable lifestyle practices, and individual goals to achieve long-lasting wellness.

When Amy isn’t deep into health reports and client consults, she is living the up-and-down roller coaster life as an Air Force wife to her husband Matt and a mama to her two daughters.

I used to think being “healthy” was just about I used to think being “healthy” was just about looking a certain way. I was active, but my diet was filled with quick, convenient foods. I didn’t realize how much what I ate was impacting my body—until my health struggles forced me to pay attention.

After miscarriages and unsuccessful fertility treatments, I started questioning everything. I wasn’t willing to accept that my only option was IVF when no one had even asked about my diet, stress, or lifestyle. That’s when I started advocating for myself, diving into functional medicine, and making changes that transformed not only my health but my perspective on what it means to take care of myself.

I share this because I know how it feels to be searching for answers, to feel like your body is failing you, and to wonder if you’ll ever feel like yourself again.
