Through our collaborative guide/client relationship, we will work together to uncover the underlying causes of the areas that you struggle with the most in your health.

Using comprehensive lab data paired with your unique health history, we will develop strategies to move you toward your health goals. Amy is a functional health consultant who specializes in women’s hormone balance and supporting gut health. She has a Bachelors of Science in Nursing and over 10 years of experience as a nurse. She has completed her Applied Functional Medicine Certification with the School of Applied Functional Medicine.

Amy works with women to get to the root cause of their health struggles. She understands the complex interconnectedness of our bodies and considers the whole person while taking an individualized approach with each client. She combines science-based research, sustainable lifestyle practices, and individual goals to achieve long-lasting wellness.

When Amy isn’t deep into health reports and client consults, she is living the up-and-down roller coaster life as an Air Force wife to her husband Matt and a mama to her two daughters.

Lately I’ve been diving deeper into my own healt Lately I’ve been diving deeper into my own health again running a fresh GI-MAP, updating my HTMA, and building out a targeted plan with supplements, nutrition, and simple lifestyle shifts that support where my body is right now.

And I’ll be honest… it feels so good to practice exactly what I encourage my clients to do.
Not perfection.
Not guessing.
Just clarity, intention, and support.

I’m also working with my own coach to dial in strategic gym programming and track my macros in a way that actually fits my life (and honors my energy). I always tell my clients: we aren’t meant to do this alone and I’m not either.

I share this because I never want to be the coach who preaches from the sidelines. I want to embody the work right alongside you.
