I used to think being “healthy” was just about I used to think being “healthy” was just about looking a certain way. I was active, but my diet was filled with quick, convenient foods. I didn’t realize how much what I ate was impacting my body—until my health struggles forced me to pay attention.

After miscarriages and unsuccessful fertility treatments, I started questioning everything. I wasn’t willing to accept that my only option was IVF when no one had even asked about my diet, stress, or lifestyle. That’s when I started advocating for myself, diving into functional medicine, and making changes that transformed not only my health but my perspective on what it means to take care of myself.
