There’s something I don’t talk about enough wh There’s something I don’t talk about enough when it comes to my health journey: how hard it was to keep going when I wasn’t seeing immediate results.

In the beginning, I was all in. I followed every protocol, cut out inflammatory foods, took the supplements, prioritized sleep, did all the “right” things. And yet, there were days (sometimes weeks) when I felt like nothing was changing.

I wanted to give up.

I wanted to believe what the doctors had told me—that my body was just broken, that my symptoms were just something I had to live with, that I should stop trying so hard.

But something in me refused to accept that.

So, I kept going. I kept learning. I kept listening to my body. And over time, things DID change. Not overnight, not in some magical way—but in small, powerful shifts that added up to something bigger.
