Series Part 4/4: Comment โ€œLABSโ€ to get your own la Series Part 4/4: Comment โ€œLABSโ€ to get your own lab review!

Normal lab work doesnโ€™t mean nothingโ€™s wrong. Blanket protocols fail because they treat every body the same. And doing โ€œall the right thingsโ€ without a plan built for your body specifically is what keeps you stuck.

I want to tell you about a client who came to me struggling with anxiety, brain fog, low energy, and mood swings, a few months after a Hashimotoโ€™s diagnosis with no real plan for what to do next. After working together, her thyroid antibodies dropped over 60%, and her overall symptom score dropped 70%. Her energy leveled out, her mood stabilized, and she told me herself she couldnโ€™t believe how good she felt.

Thatโ€™s what happens when you stop guessing and start testing. Get another set of eyes on lab work you already have in the Lab Clarity Review, send me your labs and for $27 Iโ€™ll walk you through exactly what Iโ€™m seeing.

Comment โ€œLABSโ€ for your lab review and in 3 days you will have more clarity for what to do next!

Series Part 3/4: Youโ€™re doing all the things right Series Part 3/4: Youโ€™re doing all the things right. Eating clean, working out, lifting weights, taking your supplements religiously. But youโ€™re still inflamed, still exhausted, still flaring. That disconnect is exactly why this matters.

A few things that look healthy on paper can actually be working against you: overtraining that spikes cortisol on an already dysregulated system, under-eating or skipping meals as โ€œdiscipline,โ€ and evening habits that quietly disrupt the deep sleep your body needs to actually repair.

Most of these arenโ€™t asking you to do more. Some are asking you to do less, and to actually listen to what your bodyโ€™s telling you. Itโ€™s normal for your body to resist something new at first, thatโ€™s just what pulls you out of your comfort zone. You have to choose your hard: stay stuck where you are, or take the next hard step toward feeling better.

This is exactly what gets mapped and personalized when we work together, gut, hormones, and lifestyle, looked at as one picture instead of in isolation.

If youโ€™re ready to start repairing, comment โ€œmeโ€ below. This is part 3 of How to Get Unstuck When Your Lab Work Seems โ€œNormal,โ€ part 4 is up next.

Real answers, not more guessing. If youโ€™ve been t Real answers, not more guessing.

If youโ€™ve been told your labs are โ€œnormalโ€ but you still donโ€™t feel like yourself, exhausted, foggy, bloated, hormones all over the place, this is where you start.

I built The Root Cause Quiz to help you understand whatโ€™s actually driving how you feel. It takes a few minutes, and itโ€™s not another guess. Itโ€™s an actual starting point.

Youโ€™ll walk away with a clearer picture of what might be going on beneath the surface, and what to do next.

Series Part 2/4: Youโ€™ve done the elimination diet. Series Part 2/4: Youโ€™ve done the elimination diet. Followed AIP. Cut out every inflammatory food on the list. And you still donโ€™t feel right.

But hereโ€™s the thing. The diet was never the issue. Restriction without knowing the actual driver is just a Band-Aid.

Thatโ€™s why I donโ€™t hand clients a list and send them on their way. I look at the labs youโ€™ve probably already had done and been told looked โ€œfine,โ€ and read them through a different lens.

Itโ€™s not okay to not have answers. Common doesnโ€™t mean normal.

If you know thatโ€™s not okay, comment โ€œYEPโ€ below. This is part 2 of How to Get Unstuck When Your Lab Work Seems โ€œNormal,โ€ part 3 is coming soon.
