Hi 🤍 It’s been a minute… and with so many new faces here, I wanted to say hello again.

I’m Amy.

I’m a nurse, a functional health consultant, a wife, a mom, and someone who deeply believes that your health is your greatest asset.

Not in a hustle harder way.
In a grounded, steady, clear-thinking, patient-with-your-kids, fully-present-in-your-life kind of way.

For me, wellness isn’t about perfection or extremes. It’s about building a body that supports the life you want to live.

I’ve walked through my own seasons of feeling exhausted, disconnected, and frustrated in my body. That experience shaped how I look at health now. It is less about chasing symptoms and more about creating foundations that actually fuel you.

This space is where I share what I’ve learned, what I’m practicing, and what I see working for the women I support.

But more than anything, I care about real connection here.

I’ve been wanting to bring chiropractic care into my weekly rhythm for a while now, especially a style that supports the nervous system, alignment, and stress regulation from the inside out.

So I stopped into @abundanceflchiropractic to learn more about their approach and experience it for myself. Dr. Madison walked me through their intake scans, which give a clear picture of how your nervous system is functioning so your care plan can be personalized… and yes, the adjustment felt so good.

Your nervous system truly sets the tone for how your body feels, adapts, and restores. I’m excited to make this a part of my own routine so I can keep showing up as my best self.

When we moved into our new build, I wasn’t surprised that the air started affecting us. I already knew how much dust, VOCs, construction residue, and invisible irritants can linger inside a home…
